Bi-Weekly Timesheets
Note: With the Academic Health Center change over
to the University's new time keeping system for all bi-weekly employees,
(Kronos) being completed the pre-dated timesheets have become unnecessary. For
departments hiring new bi-weekly employees there may be a slight time delay in
getting an employee set-up in the system, therefore a generic timesheet with the
information needed to enter the employee's time manually into Kronos is
available to record their time temporarily. (Click on the link above)
The timesheet should be filled out on a daily basis. Fill in name and social
security number in the spaces provided at the top of the form. Each day of the
week should be filled in with the number of hours worked, time off, overtime, or
compensatory time along with the appropriate earn type. Each week should be
totaled by earn type in the box provided. At the end of the second week the
timesheet should be verified and signed by the employee's supervisor. All
appropriate documentation for time off or overtime worked should be attached to
the time sheet (ie A-13289 (a)…). The timesheet should then be sent to the
person responsible for the departments time reporting for processing.
Monthly Leave Reports
The timesheet should be filled out on a daily basis. Fill in name at the top
of the form. Only leave time should be reported in each box, regular time is
assumed. The timesheet should be verified and signed by the employee's
supervisor and sent to the person responsible for the departments PVR reports
for processing by the date on the bottom of the timesheet. All appropriate
documentation for time off or overtime worked should be attached to the time
sheet (ie A-13289 (a)…)
Student Worker Timesheet
Note: The Academic Health Center's
change over to the University's new time keeping system for all bi-weekly employees,
(Kronos) is complete. For departments hiring new bi-weekly student
employees there may be a slight time delay in getting an employee set-up in the
system, therefore the student timesheet can be used temporarily to enter the
information into Kronos manually.
The timesheet should be filled out on a daily basis. Fill in name and social
security number in the spaces provided at the top of the form. Each day worked
should be filled in with an in time along with an in/out time for lunch if
applicable. The number of hours worked per day should be totaled in the "Total
Hours" box. Each week should be totaled in the box provided. At the end of the
second week the timesheet should be verified and signed by the student's
supervisor. The timesheet should then be sent to the person responsible for the
departments time reporting for processing.
