Complete an application for a copy card with Academic Health Center Duplicating. Use with Xerox machines or give to the copy center to bill for special jobs. A monthly billing form from Duplicating will be sent after the end of the month. Printing and design billing statements (MCPR….) are sent after the end of the month too.
