The Ohio Board of Regents determines the Research Challenge Program award that will be allocated to the University of Cincinnati. The award is granted on a biennium cycle. Once the allocation is received
by Academic Health Center it is then allocated to the different departments/units based on requests to Dr. Highsmith, Associate Dean and Director Office of Research and Graduate Education, for research support.
